A new trade idea sends Carolina Panthers wide receiver, Adam Thielen, to the Seattle Seahawks, to battle for the WR3 position.

The Vikings have inquired about trading for the veteran receiver, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. With Jordan Addison’s upcoming suspension and Jalen Nailor’s hand injury, Minnesota could use some more depth at receiver.

The Carolina Panthers have a lot to think about over the next few days ahead of Tuesday’s NFL 53-man roster deadline.

In his first two NFL seasons, Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young targeted wide receiver Adam Thielen considerably more often than any other pass-catcher. Thielen was the intended target on 180 of Young's 836 pass attempts, giving him 91 more targets than the next-closest player ( Jonathan Mingo ).

The Carolina Panthers signed right tackle Taylor Moton to a two-year, $44 million contract extension, a source familiar with the agreement told UPI on Friday.
