O ne thing the Alien franchise is known for is its creatively hideous array of creatures. Alien: Earth is, of course, no exception, bringing back some famous (ly horrible) monsters from movies past while adding some new (and equally nausea-inducing) critters we've never seen before.
The series by creator Noah Hawley is described as a spin-off to the original Ridley Scott-directed film, " Alien ," from 1979. The film follows a space crew aboard the starship, Nostromo, who are on their journey back home when they receive a distress call from an alien vessel.
Alien: Earth episode 3 was a shocking entry into the new series, and it featured a story where Boy Kavalier had Kirsh do something eerie with Joe’s lungs, which also involved an alien species. So, what is Boy Kavalier’s motive behind his so-called experiment?
Alien: Earth seems to have hit the ground running with the premiere episode raking in 9.2M views globally across FX, Hulu and Disney+ in its first six days, Disney revealed Tuesday. This seems to be a very strong premiere outing for Noah Hawley’s continuation of the iconic Alien franchise.
