Akie Iwai joined twin sister Chisato as a rookie LPGA Tour winner Sunday at Columbia Edgewater, closing with a 6-under 66 for a four-stroke victory in The Standard Portland Classic.

Japan's Akie Iwai fired six birdies in a six-under par 66 to win the Portland Classic by four strokes and join twin sister Chisato as a first-time LPGA winner in their rookie season on the US tour.Akie Iwai became the 10th first-time LPGA winner this season and the fifth Japanese player to triumph.

Akie Iwai and her twin sister, Chisato, do almost everything together. The two LPGA Tour rookies are best friends and nearly inseparable. They work out, dance, eat, practice and go out together. And now they can celebrate together as LPGA winners.
