DETROIT (AP) — Patrick Kane scored twice for Detroit to move into sole possession of fourth place on the all-time goals list for NHL players born in the U.S. and lead the Red Wings to a 5-2 victory over the Calgary Flames on Monday night.
The Detroit Red Wings put on a pregame show for Patrick Kane on Wednesday. The team honored Kane for becoming the all-time points leader among U.S.-born players with a special ceremony before their game against the Vegas Golden Knights at Little Caesars Arena.
