People who live near the Olentangy River in Clintonville said they still remember floodwaters from a few years ago that overtook their neighborhood.

"Flood waters are receding. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding of low-lying and/or poor drainage areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had a chance to recede. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," comments the NWS Fort Worth TX.
