LINCOLN — Nebraska football has dipped into the transfer portal to add a new linebacker. Dexter Foster, a sophomore this past season at Oregon State, committed to Nebraska after a recent visit to Lincoln, he confirmed to the Hastings Tribune Tuesday night.
