Tyler Robinson's parents were seen leaving the Fourth District Courthouse in Provo, Utah, after the second day of testimony in his preliminary hearing.

Prosecutors present newly released CCTV footage of Tyler Robinson at Utah Valley University from the day Charlie Kirk was killed, shown during day 2 of the preliminary hearing.

Prosecutors allege Robinson confessed in a note left for his roommate, who was also his romantic partner, that read: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it.”
