Apple has agreed to pay $250 million to settle a false advertising lawsuit over Siri features it promised with the iPhone 16.

The iPhone 16 Pro is no longer part of Apple’s official lineup after the launch of the iPhone 17 series in September 2025.

A proposed $250 million settlement would compensate millions of consumers who bought the iPhone 16, iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max.
