Deandre Ayton may not be the only player the Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly considering adding this offseason.

While it’s unclear where Al Horford will go as of the first night of NBA free agency, the veteran big man is drawing significant interest on the open market. Per HoopHype’s Michael Scotto, multiple contenders have reached out to Horford, including the Celtics, Warriors, Knicks, Nuggets, Cavaliers and Lakers.

The Boston Celtics are preparing for a potentially difficult free agency period. Al Horford and Luke Kornet are both unrestricted free agents heading into June 30, and could possibly sign elsewhere. Both big men have been key to Joe Mazzulla's rotation, and neither projects to be easily replaceable due to the unique roles they play for the Celtics.
