Jinchao Wei sold U.S. Navy secrets to a Chinese intelligence officer for $12,000 over the course of 18 months, according to the Department of Justice.

Court docs say he once bragged to a relative, saying “while other U.S. Navy sailors were driving cabs to make extra money, all he had to do was leak secrets.”
