Netflix is revising its $72 billion offer for Warner Bros. Discovery to make it an all-cash transaction. Netflix initially put forth a cash and stock deal valued at $27.75 per Warner Bros. share, giving it a total enterprise value of $82.7 billion, including debt.
It is the latest skirmish in the bidding war over Warner Bros Discovery, which is also being pursued by Paramount Skydance.

Lawrence Kasdan directed “Marty, Life Is Short,” described in a press release as the “definitive documentary” on Short. The film, which will include archival footage and new interviews with the influential funnyman and his famous friends, is set to debut on May 12.
The series, which premiered in late December, follows cast members Hilary Musser, Rosalyn Yellin, Maria Cozamanis, Ro-Mina Ustayev and Taja Abitbol as they navigate the social circles of Palm Beach, Florida, and its “unspoken rules, inherited traditions and high-stakes hierarchies.”
