Arizona's hemp industry is fighting Attorney General Kris Mayes' crackdown on THC-infused products previously sold at convenience stores.

Chris Aguilar, 16, is accused of fatally stabbing Michael Montoya, 16, at Maryvale High School on Aug. 19. A knife was recovered, police said.

Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell plans to hold a news conference Thursday afternoon. 12News plans to be there, and ask her about this case.
