My parents have always refused to buy supplements on Amazon. They’re convinced it’s full of sketchy sellers, and honestly? They weren’t wrong 😅 When we went to register Elix, someone had already created a listing pretending to be us. To get the real Elix on Amazon, I had to prove I’m actually the founder and that we own the brand. We also submitted our organic testing and label verification. The whole process made me trust Amazon a lot more, and it’s a big part of why I waited 6 years to bring

Luckily, Amazon has tightened its compliance around supplements, and the fake listing was taken down. But it made registering our own brand so much harder. We had to send in paperwork after paperwork to prove I’m the founder and that Elix is ours. We also submitted our organic testing and label verification.
