Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has been speaking about external threats after recently announcing he was putting Russian Oreshnik missiles on 'combat duty' from December. Lukashenko said the deployment was a response to what he called Western escalation. "I can see that the situation is escalating,” he said. “They are trying to put pressure on us and the Russians. They claim that Putin and Lukashenko are aggressors, and so on. This cannot be allowed to happen. “They will not be able t
