The only time you will usually catch me running is if I see a spider—BUT— I stumbled upon a goddess named @alliehbennett who makes playlists, with songs in a specific order, to time your “struts” with the beat of the music. I know it sounds weird but go to her page and see what Im talking about. I swear on everything I love that I have never in my life enjoyed walking/running until now. Today I did the @noahkahanmusic playlist she made and felt like I was in a music video the whole time 😂😍. I
