I’m Lina! I was paralyzed 5 years ago. Today I walk 15k steps daily as I train for bodybuilding, and YES I very much do STILL need my wheelchair. I’m what’s called an ambulatory wheelchair user. Ambulatory means walking and 75% of wheelchair users have the ability to walk. For me personally, without my cane and leg brace my legs are pretty much useless. I also can walk for long, but I can’t stand for very long. Some days I can’t walk at all. Not to mention the chronic pain I have from my injurie
