Bibimbap is one of my favorite Korean dishes. You get Bulgogi beef over rice with scrambled egg, lettuce, carrots, sautéed onions, spinach and mushrooms. And then on top of that, a frued egg. Then over the top you pour a spicy and savory sauce made with gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and other seasonings.
